Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through the Clinical Research Learning Hub platform at clinicalresearchlearninghub.com. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Free Content
All free learning activities, the phase roadmap, the glossary, and reference materials are available at no charge and require no payment. This policy applies only to paid subscriptions.
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be approved.
- Only the first subscription purchase per account is eligible for a refund. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
Upon approval of a refund, access to paid features will be revoked and the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
3. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial purchase
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests from the same account that has previously received a refund
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us by email within 14 days of your purchase:
Please include in your email:
- The email address registered to your account
- Your purchase date
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing a technical issue that is preventing you from accessing paid content, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if they can be resolved.
7. Canadian Consumer Protection
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including provincial consumer protection acts. If you believe your statutory consumer rights entitle you to a remedy beyond what is described in this policy, please contact us and we will review your request in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
